This warehouse is an 7-storey building with a total area of 100,000 M2, has a head room clearance of a 4.85 meters. It adopts semi-prestressing technique in its construction, allowing a spanning of 22 meters between columns and having a permissible pay loads up to 400 lbs per square foot.
It is served by sixteen 3.5 to 5 tons cargo elevators. The ground floor has 40 loading bays which are designed as cargo handling areas and container freight station. 14 of them are equipped with dock levelers which can suit various vehicles with different heights.
